Our Story

Panadero Bakeshop began in 2000 with a simple but powerful story—one of family, resilience, and a dream that refused to fade.

After a major business loss, the family searched for a way forward and rediscovered a collection of bread and pastry recipes from their mother, a passionate home baker who had always dreamed of opening a bakery.

What started as a small, home-based operation became a source of hope. With no formal background in the bakery business, the family learned through experience—guided by determination and a commitment to quality and service.

From those humble beginnings, Panadero opened its first store in Compostela, serving freshly baked bread and becoming part of everyday life in the community.

Over the years, the business grew alongside its customers. In 2017, leadership passed on to the next generation, and by 2021, Panadero began expanding through franchising.

Today, with over 120 branches nationwide, Panadero continues to grow—expanding across Greater Metro Manila and key cities nationwide, bringing its everyday bakery experience closer to more Filipinos.
